The hotel is lovely, the staff all understand English and are very friendly. The receptionist Okan was very helpful checking us in after a delayed flight, and he checked us out with ease as well. We received complimentary water bottles every day along with housekeeping, and you only had to ask at reception if you ran out of anything and they sorted it out straight away. The restaurant/room service is very expensive, but there are restaurants and little shops dotted about close by for groceries, and an amazing Hamburger place across the road. Google maps will show you where to go. Even though the kitchenette has a stove-top, fridge, and microwave, there are no dishes or pans or cutlery. The fridge in our room was a tad old, so felt quite warm on the outside, but it did chill the juices and water that we kept in it. Also, as a plus, there is access to the metro just outside the hotel which will take you directly to and from the SG airport. You will need an Istanbul card for all public transport, but taxis are not that expensive and they accept cards or cash. So grateful for the amazing air conditioning throughout the hotel, and the outdoor pool was divine!

Although I found everything to be okay, I had reserved a room without breakfast. However, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel for the first time. We went to the breakfast salon, sat down, and started eating. In the middle of our meal, the restaurant manager approached us and asked for our room number. After a few minutes, he returned and informed us that our booking did not include breakfast and that we now had to pay for it. I believe he should have asked us either at the end of our meal or at the reception during check-out. The situation created unnecessary stress between enjoying breakfast and having to handle payment, which was not a comfortable experience for a five-star hotel. Overall, the hotel was very nice, beautiful, and comfortable. The porter who assisted us with our baggage during check-out today spoke English perfectly. However, some of the reception staff during our check-in were not able to communicate well in English. I believe the hotel should consider improving the language skills of their reception staff. Mr Ensaar was also very professional .

Very comfortable room with amazing view. Excellent house keeping + dry cleaning services. Pool areas, gym, sauna and steam room were nicely kept and we enjoyed them. Very versatile breakfast buffet: surely smtg for every diet! Helpful staff were always very accomodating 24h :) Metro entrance was literally outside of the hotel (and there is a direct metro line from Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (SAW) also, althought we used the taxi). Would definitely stay again :)

I booked 9 days here but only stayed in for about t 2 nights staff helped with bags and even walked me to my room when I wasn't feeling to well (undergoing surgery) without a frown. Nice services in the room washing machine , sink, fridge, microwave Hotel itself is stunning with spa and other services Big smiles from arrival to departure Thanks

It was very spacious, I got a room with the living room and bedroom apart from each other instead of a studio setting. The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The breakfast had a lot of options. I got a room on a non smoking floor, I loved that concept! I hate the smell of smoking etc.

Very close to the metro station. Parking available. Near restaurants and espresso lab. Near some of the good asian side malls. Special thanks to Miss güzel and Miss Ece for cooperation. I was travelling with my newborn and had a late departure time, so I requested a late check-out, and they kindly accepted and let us stay till 3 pmmy room had 2 air-conditioning systems, one for the bedroom and one for the main entrance.
